Privacy policy
This site collects personal data in two cases only: when you send a message, and when you book an appointment. Here is exactly what is collected, why, and how to have it deleted.
What we collect
Contact form: name, e-mail address, phone number if you provide one, and the content of your message. Appointment booking: first and last name, e-mail, phone, chosen slot and your time zone. Analytics: pages viewed, referral source, device type, country, and key actions (brochure download, calendar opened, form submitted) — only if you consent.
Why we collect it
To answer your enquiry, to arrange the appointment and send you its confirmation, and to understand how the site is used so we can improve it. Your data is never sold, rented, or used for advertising.
Legal basis
Your consent, given when you submit the form, and our legitimate interest in responding to a commercial enquiry you initiated. Analytics rests solely on your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.
How long we keep it
Messages and appointment requests: three years from our last exchange, then deleted. Analytics data: fourteen months. You may request deletion at any time without waiting for these periods.
Who has access
The Blue Horizon team, and three technical providers processing data on our behalf: Supabase (database), Resend (confirmation e-mails) and Google Analytics (audience measurement). No one else.
Transfers outside the European Union
Our hosting and analytics providers are established in the United States. These transfers rely on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses and, where applicable, on the providers' certification under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
Cookies
This site sets no advertising cookies and no third-party trackers. Local storage remembers your language and reading position — it is necessary for the site to work and does not identify you. Google Analytics sets measurement cookies, and only once you agree: until you accept, none are written. You can change your mind at any time from the banner.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict, object to, and port your data. Write to contact@bluehorizonlombok.com and we will reply within thirty days. If our answer does not satisfy you, you may complain to the CNIL (cnil.fr) or to your own supervisory authority.
