Two sister villas, one horizon

Blue Horizon brings together two sister villas, each opening onto its own infinity pool — with the horizon as the only limit. Designed on a single level to follow the slope of the land, both look south to the ocean. The project bears the signature of architect GODA.

The land, before the villa

On the heights of Kuta, five minutes from the centre and the beaches: two plots of roughly 500 m² each, served by an existing access track, with an open view over the bay and the reef. Why Blue Horizon

A question of timing

Blue Horizon is an independent project born of a simple conviction: Kuta Lombok today is where Bali was fifteen years ago — an untouched coastline, a village opening up to the world, and potential that is still within reach.

Two villas, not an estate

Rather than a housing estate, we are developing two villas only, designed by architect GODA and sold off-plan: detailed drawings, areas stated to the exact square metre, and payments staged against construction progress.

Residence or investment

Each villa is designed for two uses: a residence facing the ocean, or a high-end rental investment managed remotely. We support every buyer from the first site visit through to handover of the keys.
